We love what we do and hope it shows!
Q. Will you be the one photographing our wedding?
A. Yes! Robert & Tiffany are always the primary photographers. We are who you speak with, meet with for a consultation, and photograph your wedding. Unless you specifically hire one photographer (small hourly coverages)
Q. Are you photographing other events on the same day as mine?
A. Nope, never! We always photograph one wedding a day.
Q. Do you have insurance? Back-up equipment?
A. Yes, we are fully insured, as every professional photographer should be. We each have back-up Camera’s in our bag and carry a variety of lens to cover any situation.
Q. How does payment work?
A. We accept all forms of payment and have a retainer to save your date, then a payment plan for remaining balance. We are very flexible with payment plans.
Q. How long does it take to receive my photos?
A. Generally proofs are delivered in 3-6 weeks
Q. How are the photos delivered?
A. We have private online downloading galleries, they are password protected with a unique password for each couple. Photos stay online for 1 year with all sessions with online shopping cart that you can order prints shipped directly to you. We do offer USB options for purchase with the Wooden USB Box & 100 4×6 prints.
Q. How do our proofs look?
A. We hand cull, adjust, and edit ourselves. We feel strongly about this step and its what separates us from other photographers. If you love Black and white photos, let us know! We will keep this in mind while editing your photos 🙂
Q. Why should we do an engagement session?
A. Engagement sessions are a good way to ‘break the ice’, especially if you are apprehensive or nervous about being photographed. Not only does it help you see that its just about having fun, loving each other, and living in the moment. But it helps us see what angles or promps work well for you as a couple, we get used to photographing you and in general it really helps the day of the wedding. You have a good idea what you like and can ease your nerves the day of the wedding. We always feel like we really know a couple after the engagement session. This is why if you are planning on having one done you should do it with your wedding photographer.
